I found one exhibition called Jackson Hong's object exploration game. This exhibition shows reversal of objects we thought we knew well. For example, he expressed that pencil is heavy and non living spanner is made of arms and tails. He changed their attribute and made new story. In this exhibition, we are smaller than pencil and non-living spanner is alive like lizard. This exhibition aims to show how to change familiar world to new world for kids and give them enjoyment.
These ideas like changing objects are techniques used in art and design. It's very interesting. By changing something by size, material or color, we can make new story and new world. I'll also have experiment like this exhibition or this artist for my FMP project.
